Ultra New Hampshire
A plan for New Hampshire's sovereign future.

It's time to admit that we cannot do nothing, pray to the free market, and wait for new power plants to sprout from the ground. Our state government must take an active role in attracting small modular reactors and navigating federal regulatory hurdles to unleash new plants. This will allow New Hampshire to achieve energy independence, dramatically lower electric rates, and attract growing industries.
Become the nuclear power capital of the Eastern seaboard.

New Hampshire is uniquely positioned to become the nation's leading hub of experimental biotech. With unrivaled legal protections like RSA 126-Z, proximity to the world's largest biotech hub in Boston, and the growth of Re-Gen Valley in Manchester, we could reproduce our entire current GDP with research, development, and life-saving medical tourism.
Build the US epicenter of experimental biotechnology.
For 300 years, Portsmouth Harbor and its islands belonged unambiguously to New Hampshire. Maine’s claims date to the 1970s and rest on legal misinterpretation. It’s time to reclaim what is ours. New Hampshire’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are not negotiable—we must aggressively defend the harbor that has been our maritime gateway since 1679.
Reconquer New Hampshire's historic harbor boundary.

The Navy is pivoting to a "Blue Arctic" strategy, with Arctic routes opening and great-power competition intensifying. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard's economic impact will only grow.
New Hampshire must use its historic claims over the harbor to capture federal investment, shape infrastructure planning, and position our state as a maritime technology corridor.
Prepare Portsmouth for the coming Blue Arctic.

New Hampshire is suffering from a demographic collapse. We must reverse course with pro-family development policies that attract thousands of young, right-leaning families from neighboring states by systematically expanding our housing supply and bolstering our private schools and church-based communities.
Pursue pro-family and pro-community development.

Ambitious construction and economic expansion don't have to come at the expense of New Hampshire's natural beauty. We will promote strategic development that preserves our forests, lakes, and mountains. Our biodiversity and natural beauty are economic assets in themselves. Smart growth means protecting what makes New Hampshire unique while rejecting the idea that the state should be a vast retirement community.
Conserve New Hampshire's natural beauty.
